I’m Brie Houghton—mother of three, rebel by nature, certified nutritionist, personal trainer, and lifelong athlete with a BSc in Neuroscience & Behavior. But more than that, I’m a coach who gives a damn.
I’ve coached & competed—under a barbell, on the mat, and in the chaos of life. I’ve coached elite CrossFit athletes, postpartum moms, combat sport competitors, and everyday women trying to reclaim their bodies and their fire.
And I’m here to tell you:
