About Rebel Nutrition & Fitness
Where performance meets purpose.
It started in a quiet, ordinary moment—alone in my apartment, surrounded by textbooks and half-finished neuroscience homework. I was deep in a life I thought I wanted. A life I had worked hard for. But somewhere between the flashcards and the future plans, a louder truth rose up:
“Is this really what I’m here for?”
I wasn’t dreaming of lab coats or long nights in research. I wasn’t chasing another title. What I truly craved wasn’t more achievement—it was alignment. It was energy. It was connection.
I saw it, clear as day:
Coaching on the gym floor. Raising strong, wild kids. Building a schedule that made room for curiosity, calm, chaos, and creativity. Feeling powerful in my body—not for aesthetics, but because it carried my soul through this wild, beautiful life.
That’s when I stopped performing and started creating.
I didn’t know it yet, but that moment was the seed of Rebel Nutrition & Fitness.
CrossFit was the first spark—where I discovered how good it felt to be strong, capable, and surrounded by people chasing growth. Jiu-Jitsu followed years later, reminding me of the magic in starting over, sucking at something new, and choosing discomfort as a gateway to evolution.
Motherhood shaped me even more. It taught me to lead with grace, to protect my energy like it mattered, and to keep showing up—with presence, patience, and a hell of a lot of grit.
Over the years, I realized:
This isn’t just about fitness. This is about living.
And now, Rebel is the embodiment of that belief.
It’s a way of life, anchored in the Rebel Five Pillars:
Power. Performance. Practice. Presence. Purpose.
Each one a compass, helping you come home to yourself—stronger, clearer, more audaciously aligned than ever before.
So here we are.
Not on the path I thought I wanted—but on the one I built from the inside out.
Most days, I look around—chaos and all—and think:
This is what I prayed for.
A life of depth, movement, freedom, and fire.
And now I get to help you create yours.
A body that carries your wildest dreams.
A life that honors your energy.
A soul that stays on fire.
Let’s go.
Onward.
The Rebel Five Framework
This is the backbone of everything I teach—built on science, strategy, and soul.
Power – Strength is your baseline. We train for resilience, function, and raw confidence.
Performance – Food is fuel, not punishment. We optimize your intake for output, hormones, and health.
Practice – Structure creates freedom. We build the systems that make success inevitable.
Presence – Nervous system support, breathwork, recovery, and mindfulness. The calm in the chaos.
Purpose – You are more than your macros or your lifts. We reconnect to who you are and what lights you up.
This isn’t a cookie-cutter program or surface-level coaching.
This is full-spectrum human performance coaching—designed for the whole woman behind the athlete.
